My Week with Marilyn
“As soon as I finished the script,” says Michelle Williams, “I knew that I wanted to do it.” and she is going to do it...play Marilyn Monroe in the upcoming movie My Week with Marilyn. Other actresses were initially considered for the role, including Scarlett Johansson and Kate Hudson. The film is based on two books by Colin Clark and covers the week Marilyn spent in Britain filming The Prince and the Showgirl in 1957, while her husband Arthur Miller was out of the country. Emma Watson also stars in this production, playing Lucy, a wardrobe assistant on the set. Parts of the film is said to be produced at the same studio where the original film was produced.
This month, Michelle Williams covers Vogue magazine and talks about playing Monroe. Check out the movie trailer and editorials from Vogue.

Diva Delicious: Floppy hats
I eventually got to know who styled the cast of Shirley Frimpong-Manso's Adam's apples - Diva Delicious! What I love the most about this accessory line is their fabulous floppy hat. They are bold and certainly not for the faint-hearted, Diva wouldn't be the wrong word to us for a girl donning this one. Diva Delicious is a fashion brand that uses raw materials made in Ghana to make to-die-for accessories. They use richly dyed rafia, straw or even bamboo!
