Vlisco Valentine's day promotion
This Valentine, Vlisco is offering a romantic dinner for two and an exclusive gift with a purchase of any Vlisco fabric at select Vlisco boutiques in Africa and France from 1 to 12 February 2012. You just may win! You can see the participating shops near you here
The latest collection from Vlisco is inspired by the Orient. Every detail celebrates Eastern fashion from hair and makeup to the kimono sleeves and footwear. The structure of the designs used to display the print brings the art of Origami to mind. Vlisco does not normally have these ready-to-wear garments for sale but you can surely get these rich printed fabrics in earthy tones. Have a look at some of the creations

I think it's about time but before I start dishing out fashion-related posts, I felt I should start with something more personal. Beginning of the year means resolutions and I know how hard it is to keep up most times but I thought of a great idea. Why not have resolutions at the beginning of the month? Short-term achievable goals are easier to keep up with and in the long-run there's actually the desired change we work towards. Now I have some personal resolutions of my own but I also have some i can share. This month, I hope to:
- Drink enough water daily
- Eat more fruits and veggies
- Come up with a good beauty routine for my skin (cleansing, toning and moisturizing)
Sure enough, I will be back to report myself if I do or don't keep up!
Thank you so much for reading my blog XoXo
P.S. This weekend is Valentine's weekend...wonder what I'll be up to :o)
